The Trade Counter ships large numbers of products from China on a drop ship basis for customers to stock for their businesses.
We are aware of the Coronavirus situation in China and are monitoring the situation very closely indeed. In the event of delays, product shortage or product stoppage we will liaise with all affected customers immediately.

There are currently issues with “Surrey” and “Mustang”. It is anticipated that these will be resolved by 15:00 GMT. Some clients will experience lag with Mustang and a lack of access to Surrey. I would like to take this opportunity to apologise to all clients for any inconvenience caused.
There is currently no impact to Court Guinness, systems or clients at this time. If this changes our emergency page will be updated. Business is functioning as usual.
